Poet & Fantasy Author

I believe there is magic in this world.

My inner two-year-old still loves creating new worlds and inviting fantastic creatures into our own. One of my childhood imaginary friends was a unicorn, and I suspect that unicorn has been quietly inspiring me ever since.

I am also a mother, a sister, a gamer, and a public library shelver—work that feels perfectly suited to me. I love being surrounded by books, helping stories find their readers, and leaving space in my life for creativity.

Through Briarbook Lane Press, I write fairy-tale fantasy and poetry filled with quiet enchantment, hope, and wonder for readers who need a place to rest, dream, and feel seen.

Because stories matter.
Because kindness matters.
Because sometimes changing one person’s world means everything.

I am the author of the Tales of Tessagonia series—interconnected fairy-tale fantasy novellas shaped by myth, folklore, meddling muses, and magic with consequences—as well as the Briarbook Lane Poetry Collection.

When I’m not writing, you’ll often find me reading, playing tabletop or video games, puzzling over stories, or dreaming up new corners of Tessagonia.

My Books

From early poetry to fairy-tale fantasy, these are a few favorite stops along the journey.
